Full payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Fees may be paid by cash, personal check (with proper ID), Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or Care Credit. A fee of $30 will be charged for any checks returned for insufficient funds.

If there are any questions regarding fees or payments, you are encouraged to ask the receptionist or technician before any service is performed.

Before any pet is admitted to the hospital, the doctor or technician will provide a written estimate and discuss the charges. A 50% deposit of the estimated charges is required if your pet is to be admitted to the hospital, with the balance due upon release.
